Values and Ethics

The acronym PACE represents ALIGN’s core values:

Professional describes the quality of our products and service. Our work is well structured, we have appropriate conduct, we deliver as promised and at the right time, and we charge a correct price for the job.

Ambitious shows that we are determined and self-respecting. We set high goals because we want to achieve a lot. We strive to reach further, we are on alert, and we always do a little extra.

Caring embraces the way we deal with each other. It says that we care about each other. We make each other perform well, we look after each other, we see each other, show consideration, and wish each other well.

Enthusiastic is contagious! “Enthusiastic” embraces job satisfaction, positivity, high spirits and energy. We thrive in our good working environment – and we show it.

These values form the basis of a good reputation, which is important in order that ALIGN may realise its business ambitions. Building ALIGN’s reputation has taken a long time. Destroying it could be done in no time.

As employees of ALIGN we are all responsible for maintaining and building a good reputation. This reputation is primarily developed through the attitudes and conduct of the individual employee. We shall never set aside our values in order to obtain financial benefits.

ALIGN`s ethical guidelines are based on the following main elements:

We behave in a righteous, proper and decent manner

We abide by the laws and rules that apply to our work

We do not misuse our position to obtain personal advantages for ourselves or others

We do not take part in corrupt and unacceptable business transactions

We do not engage in actions aimed at harming other parties

Our sub-contractors and partners will have policies that are in line with ALIGN`s stated ethical guidelines.

Ageing safety solutions do not necessarily require large investments

In a time where the focus on cost savings is at its peak, we need to ensure that the safety of the installations still meets the requirements and that we still can claim to be “top of the league” regarding safety in the Petroleum sector.
